Notifier: event alerts in Telegram

What the Notifier bot does

Notifier is a Telegram bot for event alerts. It connects your systems — website, online shop, CRM, warehouse, server — to the messenger your team already lives in. The moment something important happens, the bot sends a short message where it will be read within a minute: to a manager, to a department chat or to the company channel.

The point is simple: half a day should never pass between an event and the reaction to it. A lead left at night reaches the manager as the first line in the morning instead of drowning in email. A server going down is noticed as it happens, not when a customer calls. An item running low reaches purchasing before a buyer comes for it.

What the bot can report

  • Leads and orders. A new website form, a shop order, a callback request — with name, phone, order contents and a link to the CRM card.
  • Money. A successful payment, a rejected card, a refund, an invoice past its due date.
  • Stock. Goods received, a balance below the minimum, an item with two days of sales left.
  • Site and server. Errors, downtime, an expiring certificate or domain, changed files, a slow database.
  • Team work. A new task, a missed deadline, a customer comment, a review on the site.
  • Regular summaries. Daily totals, weekly revenue, a list of open leads — on schedule, without anyone asking.

How delivery is tuned

Alerts are useful exactly until there are too many of them: a chat where everything lands is a chat nobody reads. In Notifier every event therefore has its own route and its own rules. Orders go to the sales chat, server errors to the technician personally, payment questions to the accountant. Some events can be collected into an hourly or daily digest instead of a separate message each time.

Conditions are configurable too: report only orders above a certain amount, stay silent outside working hours, repeat a message if nobody reacted to something important within fifteen minutes, report a recurring error once rather than five hundred times. The message text is yours as well: which fields to show, in what order, which buttons to add — take it, open the order, call the customer.

What the business gets

  • Faster answers. A lead is handled in minutes — which decides whether the customer buys from you or from whoever called back first.
  • Fewer losses. No request goes unnoticed because somebody forgot to open the admin panel or an email landed in spam.
  • Peace of mind about the technology. You hear about a failure from the bot, not from an angry customer, and fix it before it costs sales.
  • Transparency. A manager sees the company's event stream in one chat without opening a single system.
  • No noise. Rules and digests keep alerts readable instead of something people mute.

Setting it up

Notifier works with sites on our CMS, with online shops, CRM and warehouse systems, and with any service able to send a web request. The bot receives events through a simple endpoint, reads a mailbox, watches log files and polls your site on schedule — the method is chosen to fit what you already run. An access key keeps strangers out, and you decide who receives what.

Installation takes a few hours: we create the bot in Telegram, connect the event sources, set up routes and message texts and hand over a panel where the rules can be changed without a developer. If needed, the bot duplicates alerts to email or to another messenger.

Who it suits

Online shops, service companies and studios whose requests arrive through several channels; warehouses and production sites that must see stock levels in time; anyone running a website that needs watching. Write to us — we will pick the list of events worth reporting in your case and launch the bot on your site.
