These Terms of Service govern the use of the PurpleLabs website. By browsing the site, sending a request through a form or writing to us in the chat, you accept them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
1. About us
PurpleLabs is a web development studio. We build websites and web applications and develop our own products — a CMS, a CRM, a task manager, a warehouse accounting system, mailing and bot services. The websites purplelabs.eu and purplelabs.ru belong to us.
2. What this website is
The website presents our services, products and completed work. The information published here is for general information only. Descriptions, screenshots and demo versions show the current state of a product and may change without notice, and they are not a public offer: the scope of work, deadlines and price of every project are agreed individually in a separate contract.
3. Requests and communication
You may send us a request through the form on the contacts page or through the chat widget. Please give accurate contact details — we use them only to answer you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending a request does not create any obligation for either side until we agree the terms of a project in writing.
4. Acceptable use
When using the website you agree not to:
- interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, administration area or other users’ data;
- send malicious code, spam or automated mass requests through the forms;
- copy content by automated means in a way that creates an excessive load on the server;
- use the website for anything unlawful or infringing the rights of others.
We may restrict access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, images, layouts, logos, source code and other materials of the website belong to PurpleLabs or are used with the rights holder’s permission, and are protected by copyright law. You may read, print and quote materials for personal, non-commercial purposes with a link to the source. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, adaptation or publication in whole or in part — requires our prior written consent.
Trademarks, product names and logos of third parties mentioned on the website belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
6. External links
The website contains links to third-party resources, including social networks and websites of our clients. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.
7. Availability and warranties
We keep the website working and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access: maintenance, updates, hosting failures or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. The website and its materials are provided «as is», without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the website, or from decisions taken on the basis of the information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or our obligations under a signed contract with a client.

We handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the website and our services develop. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last change is shown above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Applicable law and contact
