IndexPilot: every sitemap page in Google and Yandex search

What IndexPilot does

IndexPilot is a Telegram bot for anyone who runs websites and is tired of clicking “Request indexing” one URL at a time. You send a sitemap, and the bot checks every page against Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster, shows which pages are not in search and sends them for recrawl through the official APIs. Sending is gradual: the bot spends each day’s API quota and tops the queue up itself until every page has been submitted.

How it works

  • Connect the search consoles. Send a Google service-account JSON key for each site and connect Yandex Webmaster through OAuth right in the chat. The bot finds out by itself which properties each key owns.
  • Send a sitemap. One command checks every URL of a regular or index sitemap and replies with a TSV report of pages that are not indexed. A bare domain is enough — the bot takes /sitemap.xml.
  • Let the queue work. Missing pages go to a per-site queue that uses each day’s quota and refills itself every few minutes until it is empty.

Index check by sitemap

The bot reads regular and index sitemaps of up to 50,000 URLs, gzip included. For Google, one Search Analytics export marks pages with impressions as indexed, and the rest go through URL Inspection in parallel, with timeouts and retries. For Yandex, the sitemap is matched with “Pages in search”, Cyrillic domains and paths included. A page whose status could not be determined is never treated as missing, so reindex commands only submit pages with a known “not indexed” status.

Recrawl queue and daily limits

Every site has its own queue and its own daily limit: the Yandex quota is read from the API, the Google one is counted per service-account key. The queue survives restarts and never loses a batch in progress. Quota, 429 and server errors are retried later, while a URL refused by the API is removed from the queue and kept in a separate list with the reason — one broken link no longer blocks the rest.

Site overview and history

The /site_info command gathers everything in one message: pages in search and excluded, pages with Google impressions, sitemap size, Yandex SQI and site problems, backlinks and broken links, Ahrefs Domain Rating and Open PageRank, clicks and impressions from Yandex, Google and Bing, plus Lighthouse scores for the home page. Next to every number you see the change since the previous check, and the daily history can be exported as TSV.

Many sites in one bot

IndexPilot is built for owners of several sites and for SEO agencies. Each Google site works with its own key and quota; the bot picks the key by the URL’s domain and refuses a domain no key owns before wasting a request. Yandex hosts are also matched by domain. Long jobs run as background tasks with progress and an ETA, and up to 30 commands can be sent in a single message.

Personal dashboard

The /web command gives you a private link to a dashboard on indexpilot.purplelabs.eu: sites, history charts, the queue by site and running tasks. The data is refreshed by the bot itself, and the link can be reset at any time. Tokens and keys never leave the bot’s server — the website only receives figures and statuses.

Pricing

All features are available on every plan. One site is free forever; each additional site costs €5 a month and can be cancelled any month. For example, 4 sites cost 1 free + 3 × €5 = €15 a month. The bot speaks English and Russian.

Who it’s for

Website owners, online stores, SEO specialists and agencies who want new and updated pages to reach search faster and to see the indexing picture without opening two consoles. No tool can guarantee indexing — search engines decide — but IndexPilot makes sure every page is checked and requested, and shows what happened.
