SocialFlow: auto-post short videos to social media from Telegram
What SocialFlow does
SocialFlow is an auto-posting bot for stores and brands that sell through short-form video. Publishing a single clip usually takes half an hour: open the product page, copy the name and price, write the copy, pick hashtags, then repeat it all on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — and remember when it should go live. SocialFlow boils this down to one Telegram message: a video plus a product link. Everything else — caption, scheduling and publishing to every selected network — the bot handles on its own.
How it works
- Pick a project. If you run several stores or brands, the bot first asks which one the post is for. Each project has its own social accounts, language, time zone, contacts and hashtags.
- Video and link. Send the video to the chat as a file, so Telegram does not compress it and your followers see the original quality. The product link can go in the same message or the next one.
- Reading the product page. The bot opens the product page and pulls the name, model, price and key specs — no retyping needed.
- Caption options. AI drafts 10 on-brand captions: a scroll-stopping first line, the benefit for the buyer, price, phone number, address, opening hours, purchase terms and hashtags. You pick the one you like with a single tap.
- Choosing networks. Post to one network or to all the ones connected to the project at once: Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Just name them in your message — “tiktok and youtube” — or the bot will ask with buttons.
- Scheduling. Once you tap “Post”, the video takes the next free slot in the project’s content calendar and goes live at the right time in the local time zone.

Content calendar and publishing
Each project gets its own posting slots — say, every day at 7 pm or three mornings a week. The bot finds the next free time automatically, so you can send a batch of videos over the weekend and they will go out evenly throughout the week. Posts are published directly through the official Instagram, TikTok and YouTube APIs — no middleman services. The bot works with permissions you grant to the brand's accounts; it never needs or stores your social media logins and passwords. The video file is stored on the server only until it is published and is then deleted automatically.
Security and control
Only team members who have been granted access can use the bot — it ignores messages from anyone else. Before publishing you see the final caption and the list of networks and confirm the post with a button, so nothing reaches your accounts without your approval. The /projects and /status commands show configured projects and connected social accounts, and the bot immediately reports startup and any failures to a dedicated Telegram service chat.
