A brand new wave has taken over the market: first aid kits are now being bought very actively online too. We also keep up with the times and created the design of an online shop selling medicines and first aid kits.  

This online shop sells first aid kits and the medicines that go into them, with a particular focus on car first aid kits. In many countries a driver is required to carry a complete first aid kit, and its contents have an expiry date, so the purchase comes back regularly: before a technical inspection, after a kit has been used, or simply when the medicines inside have expired. At the time we worked on the project, buying such things online was a new and fast-growing habit, and the shop was built to meet it.

Our task was the design of the shop. A store of first aid kits has to inspire trust above all, because it deals with health and with goods whose composition matters. The design was meant to be clean and orderly, so that a visitor immediately understands what is on offer: ready-made kits for cars, for home and for work, and separately the medicines and items to replenish a kit that is already in use. A buyer of a car kit usually wants to know only two things - that the kit meets the requirements and how much it costs - so this information had to be visible without extra clicks.

The search phrases the shop was designed around - first aid kit, buy a first aid kit, car first aid kits, sale of first aid kits, sale of medicines, buy a car first aid kit - show that most visitors arrive with a concrete, practical need. A clear and calm design helps them fulfil it in a few minutes and come back the next time their kit needs to be renewed.
