Creation of a neat and concise design for a website that accepts payments for online games. 

gamepay.by is a gaming portal that accepts payments for online games. Players often need to top up an account, buy in-game currency or pay for a subscription, and not every game offers a convenient local way to do it. A payment service in this niche stands between the player and the game, so the main thing it has to earn is trust: a person is handing over money and expects it to reach the right account quickly and without surprises.

The brief for the design was to be neat and concise, which suits a payment service well. A tidy interface with clear steps looks reliable, and reliability is exactly what people look for when they pay. The most important path on the site - choosing a game, entering the account details, choosing the amount and paying - had to be short and impossible to misunderstand, with every step clearly labelled. Information on how payment works and answers to common questions sit next to this path, because a first-time user usually wants to read a little before trusting a new service with money.

We created the design, made the layout and integrated the site into a CMS. The search phrases the site was built for - online games, play online, pay for a game, payment for online games, how to pay for a game, internet payments - show two types of visitors: people interested in games in general and people who already have a concrete question about payment. The design serves both, and the CMS lets the portal add new games and update instructions on its own.
