Website development, creation of a unique design and integration into the CMS for Parcel.by, an intermediary that delivers goods from the USA and Europe to Belarus.

The site holds the whole flow: a catalogue of foreign stores by category, ordering by a product link, a quick request form, a delivery cost calculator, mail forwarding, tariffs and personal accounts. Alongside them are articles, promotions, an FAQ and a customer forum.

The home page answers the main doubt of anyone who has never ordered from abroad - will it really arrive, and will it be cheaper? - with reviews from real customers in Minsk, Grodno and Brest. Each review names a city and a tracking number and describes a concrete purchase: a bicycle light and a razor bought on eBay for half the Minsk price, jeans, trainers and a phone from the USA with the total cost of delivery, a synthesizer that arrived intact.

For people who already know what they want, the fastest routes are always in view: a quick request form, ordering by a link to the product, a call-back request and the delivery cost calculator.
