Reliable protection of electronic payments together with Stopex

We developed an attractive design in neutral colours for a website protecting electronic payments. We also built the structure of the site itself.

Stopex is a website devoted to protecting electronic payments and online transactions. Paying online has become an everyday habit, but so have the risks that come with it - fraudulent sites, stolen card details, unauthorised charges. People who look for payment protection usually do so either because something has already gone wrong or because they are about to make an important transaction and want to be sure it is safe. In both cases they are cautious and need to trust the site before they even read its offer.

We developed the website and its design. For a security service the visual tone is part of the message, so we chose neutral colours: a calm, restrained palette looks serious and reliable, and it does not distract from the information. Bright effects and aggressive advertising would have the opposite effect here - they are exactly what a cautious visitor associates with suspicious websites. We also built the structure of the site, so that the explanation of how the protection works, who it is for and how to start using it follows a clear, logical order and answers the visitor's questions before they arise.

The search phrases the site was designed for - electronic payments, internet payments, protection of electronic payments, secure internet payments, securing online payments - describe a person who wants to pay online without fear. A neutral, orderly design and a structure that explains rather than pushes are the right way to speak to such a person.
