Development of a clear design, layout and CMS integration for an original project - a video board of free classified ads. 

videoopen.ru was an original idea: a board of free classified ads where an ad is a video rather than a few lines of text and a couple of photos. A short video shows things that a text ad cannot - a car with its engine running, an apartment walked through room by room, a device that actually turns on and works. For the buyer this saves trips to view things that turn out to be different from the description, and for the seller it is a way to stand out among thousands of similar ads.

Because the format was new, the design had to be clear above all. A visitor who arrives at such a site for the first time needs to understand within seconds how it differs from the usual classified boards, how to watch ads and how to post their own. We kept the interface simple: ads are presented through their video previews with the essential information next to them - category, price, location - and the path to posting an ad is short and visible from any page, because a board of ads lives only as long as people keep adding new ones.

We created the design, made the layout and integrated the site into a CMS. The search phrases the site was built for - video ad, ads in Minsk, post an ad, video classifieds board, classifieds website - combine the familiar language of classified ads with the new video format. The CMS handles the publication and moderation of ads, which is the core of any ad board.
