NexorPanel — a control panel for your servers

Renting a server is cheap today; running it is not. Every new site means an nginx config, a PHP version, a certificate, mail records and a database, and every one of those steps is done by hand in the console — until the person who knew how leaves or a renewal is forgotten. Commercial panels solve this, but they are expensive, heavy and charge per account.

NexorPanel is our own hosting control panel, written from scratch. It turns a fresh Debian or Ubuntu server into a complete hosting platform: the panel stores how the server should look, and a small agent on the machine makes it so. Websites, mail and DNS are created in a few clicks, and the server stays tidy and predictable.

What NexorPanel manages:

  1. websites on nginx with a separate PHP-FPM version for each site, subdomains, aliases, a temporary address before DNS moves and Git deploys;
  2. free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, issued and renewed automatically, with forced HTTPS;
  3. mail on Postfix and Dovecot: mailboxes, forwards, autoresponders, DKIM, SPF and DMARC records and spam filtering;
  4. authoritative DNS zones on BIND with DNSSEC and a wizard that fills in the records a site and its mail need;
  5. MariaDB and MySQL databases and users with one-click phpMyAdmin sign-on;
  6. a file manager that works from a phone, FTP and shell accounts, password-protected folders and WebDAV;
  7. scheduled backups of every site with retention, so a broken update is just a restore away;
  8. monitoring of CPU, memory, disk and traffic, service status and a list of what needs attention;
  9. clients, resellers and plans with quotas for disk, traffic, sites and mailboxes;
  10. several servers managed from one panel, each with its own agent.

Security is built in rather than bolted on: two-factor sign-in, a secret entrance address that hides the panel from scanners, brute-force protection, API keys and a full audit log of every action. The panel does not need its own database server — its data lives in a single file, and copying that file is a complete backup of the panel.

Installation takes one command on a clean Debian 12+ or Ubuntu 22.04+ server, amd64 or arm64; 1 GB of RAM is enough to start. The installer checks the signed packages, sets up the panel and the agent and prints the address and administrator password. The interface works in six languages, has light and dark themes and follows the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.

NexorPanel is free for one server with up to 10 websites, and paid plans add unlimited sites, clients and resellers, and support for several servers. If you would rather not do it yourself, we will install the panel on your server, connect the domain and SSL, configure mail records and move your first sites. Details, screenshots and the download are on the NexorPanel website.
