ArticleFlow: the bot that creates products and articles
What the ArticleFlow bot does
ArticleFlow is a content bot that creates two kinds of material: blog articles and product pages for your catalogue. You give it a topic, a list of keywords or a supplier price list, and the bot prepares a complete item: heading, short description, keywords, body text with subheadings and lists, page address and images. The finished material goes straight into the right section of your site and is immediately available to visitors and search engines.
A site that never changes loses ground: search engines prefer resources where something new appears regularly. Yet hiring a content manager for a few articles a week is expensive, and writing them yourself means taking time away from your real work. ArticleFlow closes that gap: the site is filled every day while you run the business.
How it works
- The task. An article topic, a list of keywords, a catalogue category or a supplier feed in CSV, XML or Excel.
- Writing. The bot produces text of the required length, splits it into sections, adds lists and highlights, and builds the heading and meta description.
- Images. Pictures are attached from your folder, from the supplier feed or picked by the bot; they are compressed and given alt captions.
- Publishing. The material is sent to your site over a protected key: an article lands in the blog, a product in the catalogue with price, specifications and stock.
- Schedule. Publications are spread across days and hours so the site updates evenly instead of in one monthly burst.
What the business gets
- A catalogue that fills itself. Thousands of supplier positions turn into pages with unique descriptions overnight, not over months of manual work.
- A living blog. Regular articles on your topics bring visitors from search and answer customer questions before they reach support.
- One consistent style. Every item follows the same structure, length, tone and mandatory blocks, no matter who set the task or when.
- Lower cost. One bot replaces the ongoing work of a copywriter and a content manager for about the price of a single specialist day.
- Speed. A new collection or promotion appears on the site the day you hear about it, not a week later after approvals.
Features and settings
The bot works in several languages: the same product or article is prepared for the English, Russian and Polish versions of the site as genuinely separate texts rather than a machine translation of one original. For the catalogue you define templates: which specifications belong in the description, how to present the package contents, what the delivery block should say. For the blog you set sections, text length and mandatory parts — a frequently asked questions block at the end of every article, for example.
Before publishing, the bot checks its own work: is there already an article like this or a product with the same code, are the required fields filled in, is the text shorter than the minimum you set. Anything that does not add up goes to a human for review instead of to the site. Every publication is logged: you can see what was created and when, which section it went to and which task it came from.
Integration with your site
ArticleFlow connects to your site with a protected access key and works with our CMS as well as with any other system that offers a publishing API. Whole sections can be handed over to the bot completely, or you can keep the draft mode: the bot prepares the material and a person publishes it with one click after reading it.
We install and tune the bot for your site, transfer the formatting rules your catalogue and blog already follow, and show your team how to set tasks. After that the bot works on its own: you simply see new articles and products on the site, plus a weekly report of everything published.
Who it suits
Online shops with a large or fast-changing range, service sites that need a steady stream of articles matching customer queries, agencies running dozens of sites at once, and anyone tired of a News section that ends two years ago. Write to us — we will show the bot working on your own catalogue and set a publishing schedule that fits your plans.
