Creation of a new unique design for the website of a company selling air conditioners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers and their components.

Climateair sells and services climate equipment: air conditioners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers and their components. It is a wider range than in a typical air-conditioner shop, and the buyers are different too. Someone looking for a dehumidifier usually has a damp basement, a bathroom without ventilation or a room where laundry is dried; someone looking for a humidifier is more often worried about dry air in a heated apartment in winter, and especially about children's health. These people arrive with a problem rather than with a model name, so the site has to help them understand which device solves their problem before showing a catalog.

The project was a redesign: the company already had a website, and we created a new, unique design for it. The structure of the new design separates the main product groups clearly and gives equal room to the services - installation of air conditioners and servicing of climate equipment - because for many clients the service is the deciding factor. An air conditioner that is installed badly will work badly, and buyers know this.

The search phrases the site addresses show this mixture of product and advice: buy an air conditioner, dehumidifiers in Minsk, buy a humidifier, air conditioner installation, which humidifier to choose. The last one is a question rather than a product, and answering such questions on the site is what turns a hesitant visitor into a customer.
