Mail Messaging Service

back

A company that has worked for a year or more owns one particularly valuable asset — its customer base. People who have already bought something trust you and are ready to buy again, but there is no easy way to remind them about yourself: sending from an ordinary mailbox hits the provider's limits, and letters sent in copy land in the spam folder together with everyone else's addresses.

The mail messaging service by PurpleLabs is a tool for working with that base accurately. You upload address lists, compose a letter in the HTML editor and send it to the segment of customers you need, while the system makes sure the letters actually arrive: it spreads the sending over time, stays within limits, sets correct headers and signatures and keeps a record of what happened to every single message.

What the service includes:

  1. an HTML message editor — text, images, buttons and links without any knowledge of markup;
  2. reusable letter templates;
  3. address books and segments, so wholesale, retail and dormant customers get different letters;
  4. personalisation: the customer's name and other data inserted into the text;
  5. a sending schedule, so the letter arrives at a convenient hour instead of the middle of the night;
  6. control over the passage of letters — delivered, opened, link clicked, address does not exist;
  7. automatic exclusion of dead addresses and unsubscribed recipients;
  8. an unsubscribe link in every letter, as mail services and the law require.

Delivery control is more than numbers in a report. It shows which subject lines get read and which are deleted unopened, which offers bring people back to the website, and which part of the base has gone stale and needs cleaning. After a few campaigns it becomes clear what to write to your customers and how often, and the mailing stops being a shot in the dark.

The service works in a browser, requires no installation and connects to your website, CRM and order accounting: addresses get into the base automatically — from a subscription form, a request or a completed order. Letters are sent from your domain and build your own reputation, and the base stays yours and can be exported at any time.

A separate part of the work is the technical setup of your domain. We help you publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, check how your letters are treated by Gmail, corporate mail servers and regional providers, and increase the sending volume gradually so that the domain's reputation grows instead of burning down on the very first mass campaign. Without this, even a well-written letter often never reaches the inbox.

We also help you find the right rhythm. One useful letter a week works far better than daily reminders that only produce unsubscribes. The service keeps the sending history for every recipient, so you can see who has already been written to this week and a customer never receives three letters in a row from different segments.

Write to us if you want regular, well-organised work with your customer base: we will help prepare the domain for mailings, import existing lists and set up the first letters so that they reach the recipient rather than the spam folder.
